Our physiotherapist guided class are 1-hour sessions with a maximum of 8 participants, making this an affordable way to access expert advice and guidance from a qualified physiotherapist, and a supportive setting.

Strength and conditioning forms an essential component for improving function in activities of daily living, overall health and quality of life.
Strength training reduces muscle loss, injury risk, arthritic pain and body fat while improving bone density and increasing metabolic rates.
Our individualised exercise programs are designed to rehabilitate our clients from acute injuries, chronic disease, return to pre-injury duties and sport.
We also offer one-on-one gym sessions.
