Our Team

Roy Daniell

Clinic Director

Roy is a highly experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with 25 years in the field and serves as the principal practitioner at Belconnen Physiotherapy Clinic. He specialises in neck pain, headaches, chronic pain, and running injuries, with a strong focus on hypermobility spectrum disorders and hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. A dedicated runner, he has competed in three Paralympic marathons and enjoys helping fellow runners recover and thrive.

Nico Hong

Physiotherapist

Nico is a physiotherapist who holds a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra and a Bachelor in Sports Rehabilitation from China. She brings two years of experience from both public and private healthcare settings in China and has a strong research background, which supports her commitment to evidence-based practice. Nico is passionate about helping clients achieve their health and movement goals, with particular interest in general musculoskeletal pain and post-operative rehabilitation. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, movies, and is currently learning guitar.

William Chan

Physiotherapist

William is a physiotherapist with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra and a background in Medical Science. He adopts a holistic approach to treating pain and enhancing function, using a combination of education, manual therapy, and exercise. His key interests include low back pain, sporting injuries, and Pilates. Outside of work, William enjoys cycling, playing tennis, and reading science fiction.

Paige Campbell

Physiotherapist

Paige is a physiotherapist who graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She has a strong interest in lower limb conditions, running and sports injuries, particularly in female athletes and bone stress injuries. Committed to evidence-based practice, Paige aims to help clients - whether elite athletes or recreational exercisers - return to the activities they love long-term. A passionate distance runner, she has represented Australia at world championships in both track and cross country. Outside of work, she enjoys all sports, visiting her family farm, and exploring Canberra’s cafe scene.

John Lim

Physiotherapist

John is a dedicated physiotherapist whose goal is to help clients achieve their individual health and lifestyle outcomes, with a focus on restoring pre-injury function. Originally trained in the Philippines, he brings broad experience from both the Philippines and Australia across hospital, clinic, community, and aged care settings. His clinical background includes acute care, musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and geriatrics. John is committed to ongoing professional development, aiming to pursue a Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Outside of work, he is a passionate musician and enjoys family time and leading his Filipino band.
