Physiotherapist
Jayden has a keen interest in sporting and musculoskeletal injuries, particularly those of the shoulder, knee/ACL management, ankle and back. He is passionate in helping people recover from chronic pain.
Through the application of evidence-based practice, he helps to guide his patient’s rehabilitation to overcome injury and return to their desired activity.
Jayden is a keen rugby enthusiast. He has spent several years working with NSW Country Rugby union and the Newcastle Wildfires First XV women’s team. This experience of both on-field injury management, rehabilitation and return to sport, equips him extremely well to manage acute and long-standing sporting injuries.
