Carly Hay


Carly has a strong interest in the management of musculoskeletal conditions with a special interest in lower back and neck-related conditions.

Carly has been trained in Kinetic Link Training which is a form of functional strength-based exercise that engages the body’s natural muscle connections, known as myofascial slings.

Carly uses manual therapy and exercises based on relevant evidence-based practice to ensure the best outcomes for her clients. She values developing a caring therapeutic relationship with her clients through active listening and clear communication.

During her spare time, Carly enjoys training for upcoming triathlons, mountain biking and horse riding, which provides a deeper understanding of injuries common within these sports.
