Do I Need a Referral?
No referral is required, however if your doctor gives you one please bring it along with you.
Can I use My Private Health Fund?
Yes, we can process your Private Health so you only have to pay the Gap.
You are required to bring the Private Health Card with you.
What Should I Expect at my First Consultation?
The Physiotherapist will do an assessment of your injury, create a plan & start to treat your injury.
What do I need to bring?
If you have any scans, X-rays or doctors referrals please bring them with you.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move around in.
How long will my appointment take?
Your initial consultation will be for 40 minutes, then your subsequent consultation will usually be 20 mins.
This varies with your individual needs.
Do you have Cancellation Policy?
Yes, we require you to call or reply SMS us 24 hours prior to your appointment if you are unable to attend.

Off-street parking is available off Gillott St, or 2 hours free on Purdue St
